I've been using this consistently for my hormonal breakouts lately and have noticed a slight reduction on the sizes of some pimples! It seems to work rather slowly though on the more bigger pimples I've had, I'd say I've seen a 2-3 day reduction in size with this applied every night on the bigger breakouts. But with smaller pimples, this seems to work amazingly on those and you'll get much faster results (can even be overnight or 2 days in my experience).  

I personally really liked using this as a preventative measure, preventing any pimples from getting more huge and  irritated since this seems to almost stop it in it's tracks if you catch it early on. It's been very easy to spread and blend too, though I do prefer leaving it on thick like a spot treatment.

I dab it onto any breakouts I have. You can keep dabbing it until your skin fully absorbs it, but I prefer to leave a little on thick.

I've noticed a slight difference with my redness using this every night. But the difference wasn't as significant as how this reduced my pimples sizes. It seems to have worked a lot greater for me as a spot treatment that prevents my pimples from getting any worse. I love that it can stop my pimple from looking any angrier early on so that's a huge plus from this and it's pretty calming to use as well!

- It can take a while to fully pat in or allow skin to absorb if you prefer using that way.
- It may not work as quickly for bigger pimples
