The texture is low in viscosity and runny like water. Its hydrating formulation makes it a good option for the #7skinmethod Personally, I find with this toner that you need to make sure each layer has completely soaked in before moving onto the next, or else it’ll take longer to absorb.
Overall, I enjoy using this toner. Not only is it hydrating, but it also makes my skin feel very soft and smooth after use. However, I can’t rely on it alone for hydration. It’s nicely complemented by the Moist and Mild Serum to give me that extra boost of hydration. This makes sense, as the Moist & Mild Toner is marketed toward oily skin types. So for my dry skin, it leaves something to be desired.
All in all, I think Benton made a lovely and gentle toner. But I don’t think it’s hydrating enough for dry skin, so I wouldn’t purchase it on my own. I would, however, highly recommend this toner to those with oily and combination skin!
