Benton announced that it would introduce and operate 4.5-day work a week system to improve the work life balance, work environment of employees and improve work efficiency on 14th.
Benton introduced the 4.5-day work a week system from last month without applying annual leave or reducing wages as part of improving individual welfare amid the recent increase in the number of MZ generations joining the company.
