Skin conditioning agent(Emollient)
Dicaprylyl Carbonate is a compound diester of Carbonic acid and Caprylic Glycol.
It does not leave any oil on the skin after use, has a light texture, excellent application, and provides a smooth feeling.
It can also be used as an alternative to silicon oil.
