Blueweed, well known for invasive plants in Australia, is also called Echium Plantagineum.

It is rich in fatty acids such as Alpha-linolenic Acid, Gamma-linolenic Acid, and SDA, and it is rich in Stearidonic Acid,

which is an Omega-3 fatty acid, to protect skin epidermis and help keep skin healthy.
