It is an ingredient derived from the flower of the float chrysanthemum.

Float chrysanthemums are also found in Germany and have many colors including blue, orange, red and white.

It is called Centorea and is nicknamed as the emperor's flower. 

Float chrysanthemum, like any other herb, is a plant that has excellent medicinal efficacy. 

In Greek mythology, Zeus gives this flower to heal the wounds of a monster Khiron.
